Job Overview

  • The Business Development Specialist will be an integral part of the sale/marketing team of Sunhigh Marketing. S/he will be mainly focusing on Malaysia/Singapore based customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and follow up on business leads for the assigned region and/or customer
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the main point of contact
  • Identify and actively develop new markets, business, and customers
  • Active participation on trade shows to represent the company and our product offering
  • Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge about the relevant market segments for all product areas.
  • Maintain budgets for the assigned region/customer and track expenditures.
  • Gather and pass the technical questions to our engineering partners.

Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical/ material science)
  • Experience in Account Management, Business Development or in the relevant thermal and EMI industry sector
  • Open to travel (up to 50%)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong client management, business communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Well-organized, attentive to detail, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
