Job Overview
- The Business Development Specialist will be an integral part of the sale/marketing team of Sunhigh Marketing. S/he will be mainly focusing on Malaysia/Singapore based customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and follow up on business leads for the assigned region and/or customer
- Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the main point of contact
- Identify and actively develop new markets, business, and customers
- Active participation on trade shows to represent the company and our product offering
- Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge about the relevant market segments for all product areas.
- Maintain budgets for the assigned region/customer and track expenditures.
- Gather and pass the technical questions to our engineering partners.
Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical/ material science)
- Experience in Account Management, Business Development or in the relevant thermal and EMI industry sector
- Open to travel (up to 50%)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong client management, business communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Well-organized, attentive to detail, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
